Colorado ROOTS is a collaborative effort dedicated to empowering medical systems, hospitals, and clinics across Colorado’s Eastern Plains. Through education and close coordination with addiction specialists, we are committed to providing equitable access to treatment and recovery services for patients with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs).
