Dr. Gititu came on as a Family Medicine Provider in August of 2016.
Dr. Gititu spent time in the U.S. Army where she completed several tours of duty and received a diploma as a surgical technician. She then attended University of Mary Hardin – Baylor where she received a B.S. in cell biology with a minor in chemistry before going on to medical school. She was part of a Mission to Honduras with the plastic surgery team from Fort Hood, TX, and has been a volunteer physician at a homeless clinic. She is a Relay For Life member, part of the Sisters By Choice organization, and has also spent time as a Sunday school teacher with the International Community Church in Memphis, TN.
